Cancellation Policy

A fee will be charged for missed or late cancellations.​

If less than 24 hours notice is given, half the cost of the session will be charged, i.e. 32.50 euros. This fee must be paid as soon as possible after the cancellation by bank transfer (BE78 9734 5619 6286). If not, it will be charged at the next appointment.

An exception to this is in the case of force majeure, where it has become impossible to attend the appointment due to an external cause over which you have had or can have no control, such as illness.

You can reschedule and cancel appointments yourself up to 24 hours in advance using my online agenda. Less than 24 hours before an appointment, it must always be cancelled by email, SMS or telephone.​

If I, as the care provider, cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before, the price for the next session will be reduced by €32.50, except in cases of force majeure.
